Having started my career in the financial industry as a sales broker in Germany I moved into International Business Development working with a number of European and Asian firms. In 2008 , with a young family, I settled in Scotland dealing directly with private clients.

In a coincidental turn of events I met Mark Newman and discovered early on our shared ideas and visions about the financial industry and agreed that as high quality financial advice should be accessible to people from all walks of life, we should set up our own business providing the very best financial service available.

I am a family man with a wife and 2 children and we are based in Melrose having the benefit of the beautiful Scottish borders as my back garden and of course we use every opportunity to exploit that, spending as much time as we are able to on walks and generally enjoying the countryside.
